Mona was recommended to us by a friend and we are SO happy that we found her!! She is so professional and knowledgeable and is also SO nice and compassionate. She really cares about her clients and I even feel like she was our mini therapist and would listen to our complaints and try to help us rectify certain situations. Initially we booked her for her day-of coordination services. But 6 months prior to our wedding date, my stress, fears, and anxiety started to kick in and I emailed her asking if we could do the wedding "wrap up" which starts at 3 months before the big day. She was luckily able to add that service on and I quickly realized I should have done that from the start. We had meetings (over zoom) with her to go over what was done and what needed to be done. After every meeting, we got a checklist of things to do which was PERFECT for me. I had all the big things booked, but its the small details and little things that we definitely needed help with. The checklist was great because I knew exactly what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. On the day of, her team was beyond amazing and everything went super smoothly. We had comments from our guests how everything transitioned so nicely and that's all thanks to Mona and her amazing team. Special shout-out to Aileen, who was also super helpful with emails and answering questions and making timelines! Thank you Mona and everyone at neu events for making our day stress free!! She is a LIFESAVER, save yourself the stress and book her for your big day!!

Mona, Aileen and the rest of the NEU team exceeded our expectations. I was a very type A bride but Mona's attention to detail, organization and helpful suggestions showed me how a real pro does it.
The biggest issue on our wedding day was some passing rain around the time of the ceremony, but Mona came up with some scheduling pivots on site that helped us find a good solution and everything went off PERFECTLY. Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart but anyone can do it with Mona's help.
Full service planning with her team was the way to go! If only I needed her services again, id hire her all over again in a heartbeat!

Especially Deni, from day 1 she was always making sure we had everything done, paid for, last minute things to order, and most importantly keeping myself calm while I had quite a few panic attacks. Mira, Mona, Aileen and the rest of the wedding planning team was incredible!!! They are truly the top of the top. My husband and I live in California and had very busy lives and the neu team with Mira helped us from afar and truly made our vision come to life. We had an abstract vision of the vibes and feeling we wanted to create our multiple days and events and so the fact- they didn't have a tangible template for our creativity was quite challenging but they understood and captured everything with ease!! We had the most magical weekend of our Indian-wedding filled with a Sangeet & Wedding & Reception and they made sure everything was seamless. They went above and beyond and the day of the wedding - they truly made sure we were able to enjoy ourselves and be stress-free. We had the most beautiful and epic wedding and truly could not have been possible without them.
Mira- is an expert in the Indian wedding world and knew exactly how to craft, curate, and execute a tropical and magical Indian wedding. She knew exactly how to make the wedding spiritual, mystical, and fun. She truly is forever our favorite Indian auntie!! Mona is thoughtful and organized and was always on-top of everything. Her poise and relationships with vendors and experience was top-notch. We loved working with her. Aileen is amazing and handsdown has a rare talent of balancing patience, organization, and execution. She was truly one-of-a kind person and we love her SO much. The day of staff was so helpful as well.

neu events provided day of coordinator services for our wedding and it could not have gone better :') Our aim was to have a happy, joyful wedding without any of the stereotypical pain and stress you hear about--Mona and Deni understood the assignment and made it happen! From our first inquiry meeting with Mona my fiancé and I were sold. She had a very gentle and supportive nature and listened to all of our plans, ideas, and even lack-of-plans calmly and with a smile. For example, I was a little trepidatious that others (like a professional coordinator) might balk at what we wanted to do (i.e. hand-made paper flowers for centerpieces, chocolate covered fortune cookies for favors) but she encouraged us and made many helpful suggestions which we wound up incorporating into our plans.
We opted for the less expensive service of going with someone on Mona's team vs having Mona herself because we assumed since Mona's great, her team must be too, and we were right! Deni was a true star and angel, she also took our ethos of calm/chill/no panic wedding to heart. Every time we brought up something she had it handled with a smile or with a 'that's no problem', even day of table changes! She was particularly great at the wedding rehearsal where she firmly and kindly herded the cats (groom and bride included) to where we were supposed to be, also reminding us what we had planned (i.e. procession order, lei gifting plan etc). Mona herself also supported us at our hotel with getting ready and making sure we arrived on time and in the right order! There were two additional coordinators who supported Deni during the wedding ceremony and reception who helped make it a flawless event. I didn't see them much which speaks to how they managed everything without interrupting, like highly skilled stagehands.
For anyone seeking a highly professional and stress-reducing wedding coordination service we highly recommend new events, worth every penny!
